Common Left candidate Dr. Vickramabahu Karunarathne deserves all support especially by Tamil speaking people, because he has consistently championed equality, autonomy and self determination for Tamil speaking people, says Vallipuram Thirunavukkarasu, senior Tamil leader of the Left front.
